Lifetime Limited Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a Vanguard aluminum fence.

Vanguard Aluminum Fences warrants that its super-durable TGIC powder coating will not peel, crack, chip or blister for as long as you own the fence. Vanguard also warrants that its aluminum fences will be free from defects in workmanship.

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, application or use, accidents, alterations, negligence, mishandling or acts of God. Vanguard Aluminum Fences will repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of defective parts at its discretion if the product fails to conform to this warranty. To file a claim, provide Vanguard Aluminum Fences with written notice, description and photographs of the defect, and proof of purchase.

Vanguard Aluminum Fences reserves the right to inspect any defective parts at its facility to assess the claim.

If the claim is valid, removal and re-installation, including costs for labor or third-party involvement, are the responsibility of the purchaser. The above constitutes the complete Vanguard Aluminum Fences warranty. No other agreement, written or implied, is valid, and no other individual is authorized to modify the warranty. Replacement costs are limited to the original purchase price of the aluminum fence parts or components proven defective. Recovery for consequential or incidental damages, attorney’s fees and costs are excluded.

This warranty provides specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This non-transferable warranty is issued to the original purchaser and must be registered within 30 days of installation.
